Refreshing risklist in MyAutoSupport

Hey guys,

 

is there any way to instant refresh the risklist / health monitor in my autosupport? The trick with sending a WEEKLY_LOG manually does not work. I can see the message in the history but the risks didn't refresh although I fixed them.

I need to know this for 7-Mode running 8.2.x.

 

I hope someone can help me 🙂

You have to acknowledge the alert on Operations Manager (DFM) then only it will show you as healthy.

Currently, there is no way to instantly refresh risks in My AutoSupport.

 

You can send in an user triggered AutoSupport, and it may take up to 24 hours to refresh the list.
