Active IQ and AutoSupport Discussions
Dear, I have a problem in the configuration of AutoSupport on system Fas2520 single controller 8.2.3 7-mode.
We test the send mail and I go back a email from firstname.lastname@example.org
But when i go on my support\my product i see the status of autoSupport is offline .
How to resolve this ?

Thanks Antonio!I see from 13th of April, it has started to post logs.The Autosupport Status will change to “Receiving” only after the Weekly log is generated and this will happen on Sunday.You may also generate manual Weekly Log for the Autosupport Status to get changed to ‘Receiving’ with the following command:options autosupport.doit WEEKLY_LOG
