exchange 365 Autosupport mails stopped

I have a customer who has moved the exchange environment to the cloud. Since then we have stopped receiving the Autosupport emails.

They Are running 8.2.5 7 mode;

They are using http as the transport protocol;

Autosupport is enabled and when i log into the ActiveIQ portal i can see there autosupport management & performance emails in there.

This is the current Autosupport please note i have removed email addresses and ### out IP addresses but they are there.

If I have no access to the exchange environment what do i need to do to make sure that the config is correct on the customer end.

Does "autosupport.mailhost" still reference the old internal Exchange server? You will likely need to review this below KB from Microsoft on the various options that are available for sending email from on-premises devices with O365 and choose the one that is most suitable for the customer environment:

Does "autosupport.mailhost" still reference the old internal Exchange server? You will likely need to review this below KB from Microsoft on the various options that are available for sending email from on-premises devices with O365 and choose the one that is most suitable for the customer environment:
