my autosupport performance graphs

There is a save button on the performance graphs that says either save as pdf or save as svg.

If I click either, I see at the bottom of the screen that an upload is in progress and the percentage until complete.

I don't see a way to retrieve the output.

Where is it uploading to?

How do I obtain the file?

It should be downloading the output in your browser.  Check your Downloads folder, or the download history for your browser for a link to the file.

I have but could not find it.

I tried two different browsers as well.

I must be overlooking something.

It does.  I've used Chrome, Firefox, Edge and IE and they all download the files fine.

It may be our antivirus software causing an issue with the download that is not evident.

I'll look into that.

I have the same problem since Jun, as the month can't save Performance Report in PDF file.
