Cluster deploy failed. Review the events in the events tab to rectify the cluster configuration and try deploying the cluster again.
That's a known certificate bug with OnTap. You will either need to adjust the date/time of the host you are deploying OnTap Select on or deploy a version of OnTap that has the fix for that bug. Here's a link to that bug.
