Error burning Mellanox sinai chipset firmware

Hi,

Just factory reset the FAS2554 and noted on serial console an error  on boot "Error burning Mellanox sinai chipset firmware"

All the LED's are green (no ammber) on the unit.

Not sure what this means and how to clear the error (new to netapp storage)
