Could you help tell what controller firmware version in santricity os 11.5?( and 11.4.03)

What doc has the relationship?

In 11.50 is  08.50.xx.xx

11.40.3 is 08.40.30.xx.

You can check it on the logs or SAM in Storage Array Profile section.
