Hi,
We got charged in AWS marketplace for "Cloud Manager Deploy & Manage NetApp cloud Data Service" from 16th to 21st October 2020, even when we were not using any of the services. We completely wiped our AWS accounts on 15th October and we noticed a sudden charges been implied for "Cloud Manager Deploy & Manage NetApp cloud Data Service". When we raised a case in AWS they asked us to get in touch with NetApp support and get it reimbursed as it was not an intended charge. We are trying to get in touch with NetApp support we are not able to get any sort of reply as we do not have the serial number of the instance (Cloud Manager) deployed in the AWS. Please help us resolve the issue.

can you please access cloudmanager.netapp.com -> bottom right side -> blue circle -> ask to check your charges on the chat?
I’ll check our backend to understand your exact charges
