Hi All,
I have just upgraded from Snap Creator 3.6p1 to 4.0p1 and my backups no longer work.
When attempting to run a backup I get the following error message in the snap creator framework logs.
[2013-08-13 17:28:16,440] INFO: [Hostname:9090 (4.0.0.1)] Collection of VirtualMachine objects successful.

And the following is the corresponding error message from within the scAgent Logs

The environment is running vCenter Server 5.0.0, vCD 1.5.1, ESXi 5.0 u1. This is a multi-tenanted environment, where each customer has their own vFiler on a private network.
I have seen these articles which seem similar, but don't resolve the issue.

Does Snap Creator now require direct access to vfiler? If yes will 4.1 resolve this issue? If not can someone point me in the right direction in resolving this issue.
Cheers
