integration between Unified Manager and SNOW

I need to integrate the unified Manager with ServiceNow so once the alarm appears on OCUM, a ticket will be automatically generated in Service Now. what is the best way to do it? Can anyone provide me information about it? I appreciate any help, thanks

Hi there!

 

I've been through this with a couple of customers, and the most effective method we've used is SNMP trap send on OCUM and SNMP trap receive on ServiceNow
