Failed to copy VDI file when attempting to restore a VM

Hi,

I'm getting an issue with the Snap Creator Framework 4.1.1

I'm trying to do some snapshot and restore of my VM in a Xenserver 6.2 SP1 pool.

My Netapp system is a FAS2552 dual controller HA 8.2.2RC1 7-Mode

I installed the Snap Creator Framework server and agent on a separate hardware system of my Xenserver Hypervisor.

I created a profile and backed up a VM without any issue, the snapshot appeared on my Netapp system and the metadata has been copy on my Snap Creator server but when i'm trying to do a restore I am having the following issue:

[xen-00035] Failed to copy VDI file GEFI-MSI-32

Restoring the VMs failed :10.10.1.34

Restore operation failed for the host 10.10.1.34

SCF-00052: Restore handling of plug-in [xen] failed with error [null] exit code [1], Exiting!

I putt in attachments the backup and the restore log.

Can you please help me ?

Thanks for your help, best regards.

Hi,

I'd recommend that you open a case with NetApp support to investigate this issue.

I'm not an expert on the Xen plugin and can't help much with this issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
