SMSQL - Script to restore latest backup

Hi,

Is there a way to script a restore job on a database through SMSQL, I can see lots of commands and documentation regards this for SnapDrive but not anything for SMSQL.

What I want to be able to do is to provide the script to the DBA team which will restore the databases to the latest backup taken within SMSQL.

Is this possible?

Regards

Kirk

The SMSQL IAG has a sample script (and syntax) for a powershell command called restore-backup.

You can download the IAG from the NOW site.
