Slow cloning in Snapcenter due to disk scanning

Using Snapcenter with the Oracle plugin and 19c databases. We find the cloning process very slow. On average the disk scanning phase takes 3 mins! On SMO this took less than 1 min. We are using Oracle ASM. Where might i look to see why this scanning is so slow?

Please check the scsi rescan time from ESX end. If ESX rescan takes time to discover the cloned disks, then it can add up to the SnapCenter operation time.
