netapp connect 4 officeaodaemon error

new installed  windows 2008 r2 64bit datacenter update to date. install netapp connect 4.0 and always get this error. any idea of this?

it looks you haven't install .NET Framework...

windows 2008 r2 default does not enable it and connect software does not install it either even it said install software will do in guide.

BTW office should install before connect.
