Can not Detect E series

I can detect E series  from Sancity store manager after 2 years  runing

You may verify network connectivity to the storage array controllers and ensure port 2463 is reachable.

If physical access is available, check and make sure network cables are connected and that the controllers are both showing the shelf ID on their digital display.
