Can we use Dual Port 10GbE SFP+ Adapter on this server for iSCSI connection ? Is this supported by E-series through optical cables.

You could use the base ports on E2800 in iSCSI mode. If the ports are currently configured in FC mode, there are some steps you need to take to convert those ports to iSCSI (https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/e-series/maintenance-e2800/hpp-overview-supertask-concept.html#converting-from-fciscsi-to-fc).

I am not able to clearly view the images you shared, but for iSCSI we support software initiator which means if the host OS and related info are available on the interoperability matrix with ISCSI host protocol, then you should be able to utilize this configuration without needing any further certification from NetApp.
