Netapp MPIO multipathing driver incorrect

We encountered an error in my netapp e-series E-2806 model 

errors in recovery guru
> Host multipathing driver incorrect 
> volume is not in the prefered path

 

and when i checked in the host  i found the details

what policy sould i used to clear those errors in storage device (RR or RRWS)

The reason for those recovery guru errors is that the E-Series SANtricity DSM is not installed / in-use. Instead, the Microsoft DSM is being used. You can find SANtricity DSM on the E-Series SANtricity OS Controller Software download page listed under Additional Downloads as "SANtricity Windows DSM".

Once you install the SANtricity DSM, the multipath driver error should automatically clear. Volume not on preferred path should also clear, but you may need to redistribute volumes manually: https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/e-series-santricity/sm-storage/redistribute-volumes.html
