Hi,
We have problem with 2 storage arrays - we are not able to communicate with them.
With other 6 - always everything is working.
With those 2 - it is almost impossible to get connected.
We are running SANtricity 11.20.
On the beginning to have it running, it was enough to kill javaw.exe or to stop proccesses SMagent, SMmonitor.
Currently - nothing is working...
Is there any workaround to get connected ?
