SanTricity - delay lag in SMcli running

Hi all, did you seen long delay when run SMcli?

#time SMcli storagename -c "show storageArray;"

{loong delay}

Performing syntax check...

Syntax check complete.

Executing script..

Storage array profile

(....)

{long delay}

Script execution complete.

SMcli completed successfully.

The delay is dependent on the network connection and thus can vary. It can also vary for different commands. The above command should be quick

can you clarify more on below?can you explain what you mean by 'real', 'user', 'sys'?Are they using same network connection.

Would you be able to give it a try with -quick option please.

Example: SMcli storagename -c "show storageArray;" -quick
