Create volume on root Aggregate (FAS 8040 cDot)

Hello Community,

Is it possible to create volume on root aggregate? If yes, how ?

When I try to create volume on root aggregate via OCSM, I get below error,

Short answer, no it is not supported!

Root aggregate is reserved voor OS, config, logging etc....no user data.
