Hi all,
I'm trying to discover a bunch of Dell EMC Unity from an acquisition unity with Linux via uemcli.
Configuring and testing datasource were ok (Configuration: The executable /opt/emc/uemcli/bin/uemcli is both readable and executable.) , but discovery fails with this error: Error while loading shared libraries cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I openned a case to the suppport and they replyed that Unity are not supported anymore.
Anyone can help me?
Thanks

If you don't get much luck with OCI, then you might want to look at 'Cloud Insights'. I am also just reading about it, and it has mentioned Dell EMC Unity in the support matrix.

The Basic edition is free to all NetApp customers. Whether these infrastructures are on premises, in the cloud, even running Kubernetes, Cloud Insights optimizes their utilization, reduces mean time to recovery, delivers chargeback and showback reports, and enables business process automation.

I just found one thread discusing this subject, looks like you will need to create a VNXe datasource pointed against your Unity array. I don't know if this is still doable but in any case have a look and reach out accordingly.

Hi,
I've created a VNXe datasource and the color highlighted messages (confirmation and error) are messages from the datasource.
What is strange to me is the fact that I can create a ds get a green check at the test but still it's have error when the ds try to collect data from the box
