DS224C and AFF A300

Hi,

To connect controller AFF A300 with DS224C disk shelf, I want to know, can I use SAS hard drives in the disk shelf. Does AFF A300 controller supports SAS hard drives, as I see in tech specs of AFF A300, it mentions only SSD.

The AFF (All Flash FAS) A300 is SSD only,  along with any of the other AFF platforms. (A200, A220, A700s, A700)

Hello, according to the official instructions A300 storage is only applicable to SSD hard disks, please refer to the screenshot:
