I cannot start ActiveIQ config advisor version 6.5

Hi,

 

I have installed ActiveIQ config advisor version 6.5 on windows but it doesn't seem to start. I get a small dos box but when it disappear nothing happens.

 

I have tried manually to go to https://localhost:8445 and I get an error

 

can someone help me please??

Are you able to share a screenshot or the error message you receiving ?

Which browser are you using? and OS version?
