When I save command "$api = $("<system-cli><args><arg>"+($command -join "</arg><arg>")+"</arg></args></system-cli>")" , and then I check cmmand again to become "$api = $(""+($command -join "")+"")".
This command can work on WFA 4.2, but it can not work on WFA 5.1.
