OCUM vs SCOM

Can somebody please share your experience on using these two monitoring tools? any pros and cons? Is there general sense of which one is better?

Unless you are wanting or needing a specific feature available in SCOM, Active IQ Unified Manager is our most comprehensive monitoring and management product.

The SCOM MP is a bit slow, and take long time to discover objects (sometimes hours, depend on the interval configured). I think OCUM should be kept as the main tool for the ONTAP monitoring. We  had some extensive 1st line processes around SCOM alerts in a company I worked for. And we still decided to invest in integrating OCUM with our ticketing system as well (SCSM).
