Unable to see snapshots in some shares

We are not able to see snapshot for two shares on one volume. There are other shares as well on that volume and we are able to get snapshots in that volume.

Ontap version: 7.3.7P1

I am unable to view the snapshot of the share for the last two days. It is irritating me the most. So, I tried to check the solution on the various websites but finally, microsoft support suggested me about this forum. So, please anyone provides me any idea to get rid of this problem.
