Powershell Cmdlet for Clustered ONTAP Failover-groups

Anyone know which cmdlet can be used to get a list of Clustered ONTAP failover-groups or create a failover-group?  Nothing is standing out to me under get-nc or new-nc.

I accomplished this by using the Invoke-Ssh cmdlet.
