    • MyAutoSupport™ will be completely inaccessible and users will not be able to access any of the functionality related to MyAutoSupport™. This includes:  
      • MyAutoSupport™ alerts and notifications will be delayed 
      • Supportability Profile reports will not be generated  
      • Upgrade plans will not be generated during this time.  
      • Reports will not be generated through MyAutoSupport™ Reporting Portal (MRP).    
      • Please note that case creation through AutoSupport™ will NOT be impacted. 

  • Support Site
    • MyAutoSupport™ widget in Support site homepage will not be accessible
