7-mode Failover and Local Accounts

We have CIFS running on FilerA witha  failover partner FilerB. Both are Ontap 8.1. Some shares on FilerA have NTFS permissions based on local groups on Filer1 e.g. FilerA\localgroup1. During a failover scnearios where FilerB has to serve out the CIFS shares, will these local security priciples that were created on FilerA be available on filerB i.e. is local account info shared beween filers in a failover partnership?

During takeover a virtual instance of partner is started (compare with vfiler). So you still have your FilerA with all its configuration including local users.
