Aggr reallocation vs Internal WAFL scan.

Hi,

Need a clear difference between between Aggr reallocation and internal WAFL scans.

We were encountered with lot of fragmentation and Reallocation helped a lot to boost the performance.

But as we already have WAFL scans running, so how they differ from reallocation?
