Connectivity from Solaris IPMP to netapp vFiler - failing

Hi There,

 

I am trying below setup  'test' system.

 

Netapp Filer ONTAP 8.1 running on VMPlayer , Solaris 10 Virtualbox VM  , IPMP group ipmp0

 

Objective to route Netapp(NAS) traffic via ipmp (Active-Standby) on the host side
