Delete Stale aggregate command in 7-mode

Does someone know the command on how to delete stale aggregates in a 7-mode?

What is "stale aggregate"?

Stale aggregates are aggregates that have been removed from Data ONTAP, but whose information remains recorded on disk.

I just saw it in this article https://library.netapp.com/ecmdocs/ECMP1636018/html/GUID-52B75EB2-5DD4-439B-8E33-9C225B043FFD.html however I believe it is not applicable for 7-mode filer.
