I need to check if disabling a user, a have an impact on any script on the environment. (i already change the passwd , so i can do that).

But i want to know if it is posible to change the status ENABLE to DISABLE.

Don't know a direct method achieving this. However you'll get a disabled account after several login attempts with an intentional wrong password.
