Hi,
Looks like a known issue, there is a public bug:
PANIC: PCI Error NMI from device(s): NVRAM7 on motherboard. HT2000(1) FATAL
https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/bugs-online/product/ONTAP/BURT/326037
Workaround:
Replace the NVRAM7 DIMM
Your filer must be in a failed-over state, but I believe if you give-back it will panic again, workaround suggest replacing PCI DIMM., only then give-back.
Thanks!
There is another advisory for the same: If this error persists, RCA the motherboard

First you are on hardware that is EOL, and second your OS is about 10 years old.
IT's time to upgrade and get off this system, you shouldn't be running this
Another option not mentioned yet...
Re-seat *everything*. All DIMMS, all Cards.
It might help. SHould not hurt to at least try!
In case you are wondering,
The NetApp Part number is: X3178A-R6, the MFG # is107-00024
