FCP.IO.Status - need help to interpret IO WQE failure status code

Hi all,

I have recurring error messages (more than 1000 messages a day) in EMS log like this:

        event="Adapter:3c IO WQE failure, Handle 0x7, S_ID: 21F40, OX_ID: 34D, Status 0x3 Ext_Status 0x2 &#xA;"/>

I've found this article explaining Ext_Status 0x1d and 0x5 but nothing about 0x2.

Nothing on internet either.

By any chance can someone from NetApp explain what the Ext_Status 0x2 stands for or where to find the information ?
