Is there a way to trigger a worflow(WFA) from Unified Manager when an Alert is triggered?
if so, where can I find more details about triggering Workflows in Unified Manager

Hi Nishith,
Yes OCUM has a script plugin feature however this is supported on the Windows or RHEL releases.
The script plugin is not supported for the OCUM vApp but you can poll OCUM events via the REST API on a schedule if required but this limits the ability to process events in 'real-time'. Which version of OCUM are you running?

Hi Nishith,
Thanks, which release (not version) is OCUM 9.4 running on? Windows, RHEL or the vApp? The platform you are running will determine what features are supported and what options and or programming languages are available.
