How to upgrade FAS3140A to MetroCluster Fabric with minimum downtime ?

Hello everybody,

Can anyone tell me (the steps) how to migrate a FAS 3140 cluster to Metrocluster Fabric with a minimum downtime ?

Is there a Technical Report or an NetApp official document ?

This link may answer some questions.  I think the only gotcha is if you have SATA disk you would have to take downtime to pull it out.
