Sorry for silly quiestion,
is it possible to create Infinite Volume with all space of storage?

its not clear what is meant by "all storage space".
Infinite volume is created by combining multiple volumes together. In that setup, there would be a volume designated as namespace constituent, its mirror, and multiple data constituents. In addition to that, you need a root volume for the vserver, and root volumes for the nodes that are members of the cluster. You might also be aware that there should be parity disks for each of the raid groups in every aggregate, and some disks assigned as spares too. In that sense, you cant use the entire "RAW SAPCE" capacity to store data in an infinite volume. Please see the Infinite Volumes Management Guide for more details.
