According to our Interoperability Matrix Tool, ONTAP Select 9.10.1 supports NFS, CIFS, and iSCSI for host protocols. It does not support NVME/TCP though.

Supported how? TCP and NVME on their own doesn't really mean much. TCP is fundamental to how ONTAP delivers CIFS, NFS, and iSCSI traffic, so yes that is supported inherently. What use case are you referring to with NVME?
Edit: Upon further digging I realize now you are referring to NVMe over TCP, which as stated by @NetApp_AU is not supported on Select.

It may not be supported for ONTAP Select, but it should be supported in ONTAP 9.10.1
Please take a look at this.
