License database is not available at this time

Hello all,

My user have a FAS2554 (Data ontap 8.2.5P5), after   a reboot , intut "license show "command ,hint "License database is not available at this time". according to KB, reboot FAS2554,The problem still exists.  it can be used normally, but the backup software  prompt does not have permission.

Can  who help me .

my hunch, reboot corrupted /etc/licenses ?

pl try adding licenses manually.

2554+8.2.5 is EOS (unless legacy contract exists)
