Monitoring Accesses and Deletes During a Migration

Hey all - hoping you can help me out. My company is migrating from 7mode to Cmode ONTAP 8.3. During this migration my boss wants to

make sure that we keep a close eye on who accesses, deletes, etc. our sensitive files. Is there a FPolicy

server that can handle both 7mode and CMode NetApps well?
