Need help deciphering an info severity in the syslog

Hello,

Getting this message every ten minutes in the syslog:

[scsitarget.info:info]: SCSI BUSY : vticadapt_out_of_resources

Any ideas? Tried the syslog translator and that did not provide any useful information.
