Need help with ldap resolution of netgroups in c-mode

We have c-mode export policies that use netgroups in the export-rules.  I have configured ldap using https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=1012823.  Ldap was configured using same settings in 7-mode and it worked it.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

Check your configuration vs. the manual that covers LDAP: "Data ONTAP File Access and Protocols Management Guide for Cluster-Mode" and see if that helps.
