Trying to use a thirdparty monitoring tools to to monitore the netapp disks and connectivity etc . I am looking for desrcription about OIDs in the traps.dat file . Is there any documents/translator which details about this oids?

You can download the MIB from http://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/download/tools/mib/#filer

It also includes MIB for traps.dat
