NetApp Vscan is disconnected

we have 2 AFF A300 HA Filers we newly configured av for both filer. Both filer is connected to same 2 Av servers 1 filer is working fine and another filer it show disconnected state. I have deleted recreated scanner pool and scan policy

we can see in events

scanner connection.

from av connector we can reach the filer and test is successful, no firewall policy

can reach the AV server from filer. 

how can i proceed further

Hello

Could you please share the version of your Data ONTAP, Windows server, Antivirus software and SMB protocol used on the server etc. Can you check the logs on both the filer (mgwd logs) and AV scanner (debug logs) and see if you can share any error messages. You can also run a packet trace between the Vscan server and filer( vserver).
