NetApp filer to NAS gateway Connectivity

Please let me know if NetApp Filer can be connected to a NAS gateway like VNX, with some LUNs from NetApp exposed to VNX?.

That would be a really unusual setup methinks!

Whether it is supported or not, depends purely on the NAS gateway compatibility matrix - NetApp filer will be just providing storage space via LUNs if I understand it correctly.
