Netapp FAS2040-2, NetApp Release 8.1.4P6 7-Mode
The problem is, there is no interface e0M, When we insert cable to it there is a light blinking indicating that it is functioning.

A 2040 only has a BMC, no e0M. Use the "bmc" commands to configure it, it's config doesn't go in the rc files.
