Procedure for graceful shutdown and power up of a storage system

Hello Team

We have Netapp FAS 6040 2 Node Cluster DATA ONTAP 8.1 

We are having a sheduled Power Maintanance and we required proper shutdown and Start, Could please help me how i can do this Task as iam new in Netapp Storage

anyways, since you are new good luck... and 6040's are very old.. Should upgrade
