Protection Policy with Chain of two mirror

Hi Everyone,

I configured my system with diagram as below:

FAS1 --> FAS2 --> FAS3

I used VSM (Volume Snapmirror) with protection policy is: Chain of two mirror.

I work fine at the first time but some time it fail with error:

Snapshot: the snapshot in destination volume ... is in use, cannot delete

Then this job jail.

Anyone pls help me in this case.

Hi

    Is this a conformance error or job error ?

Can you gives us the output of following cli ?

dfpm dataset conform -D <dsname-or-id>

dfpm dataset list -x <dsname-or-id>

dfpm dataset list -R <dsname-or-id>

Hi Adai,

This is job error.

But i trying to turn off snapshot function on Source volume (FAS1) everything working fine now.

Does any problem with the Snapshot configure?
