I understand we can set/display queue depth on FC port. But is there something of that sorts for a network interface ?
I am trying to understand how many input/outputs can be queued on a network interface used for NAS ?

Ethernet doesn't have a concept of queue depth. There is a limit of 128 concurrent I/Os in ONTAP now so please ensure your NFS clients are set appropriately. There are certain connection/io limits for SMB2/3 but I don't recall them off the top of my head. https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Data_Storage_Software/ONTAP_OS/nblade_logs_in_EMS_execsOverLimit_error
Edit: Found some KBs with some other CIFS and TCP/UDP limits:
